  4. Get help if needed: If you encounter challenges or need support in making changes or assessing yourself, don't hesitate to seek assistance. Reach out to healthcare professionals, wellness coaches, or other individuals who can provide guidance and help you implement your plan effectively.
  5. Remind yourself of your why: If you find yourself getting off track, establish a daily reminder that connects you with your motivation for wanting to feel healthy. Choose one activity that serves as a reminder of your purpose and keeps you focused on your goals.
  6. Be good to yourself: Remember that this is your life and your body. Take care of yourself and prioritize your well-being.
