Tips for a Successful Program

Tips for a Successful Total Health Reset:

  1. Be sure you Eat ENOUGH: It's important to focus not only on the foods you're eliminating but also on eating enough. Restricting calories can lead to severe cravings, low energy levels, and overeating later. Make sure to include sufficient vegetables and quality fats in your diet to avoid low blood sugar, extreme hunger, and maintain nutrient and energy levels.
  2. Are you drinking enough water? Adequate water intake is crucial for proper bodily function. Aim to drink at least half of your weight in ounces of water per day. For example, if you weigh 200 pounds, strive to drink at least 100 ounces of water daily. Set reminders, carry a refillable water bottle, or enjoy herbal teas and sparkling water to help meet your hydration goals. Remember, coffee doesn't count towards your daily water intake.
  3. Prioritize Rest! During the Total Health Reset, significant changes are being made to your daily routine, and your body may feel the effects. It's essential to allow your body to rest and heal effectively. While exercise and movement will be discussed in the course, listen to your body and avoid overexertion. If you're already exercising regularly, keep it up. If you're considering starting a new workout routine, go for it. And if you feel overwhelmed, focus on one thing at a time. Rest is key to helping your body adapt to the changes.
  4. Track Your Progress! Over the next eight weeks, your body will undergo various changes, some noticeable and others subtle. Allocate time each week to journal and reflect on your progress. How are you feeling? What positive differences have you noticed? What are you proud of accomplishing? Identify areas for continued improvement. Rather than dwelling on mistakes or setbacks, focus on celebrating your wins and achievements. By emphasizing the positive, you'll be more motivated to sustain these remarkable changes.
