Eliminations Week by Week

Elimination Protocol and Recommendations:

We want this program to work for you, so we have organized the eliminations to occur gradually, week by week, instead of all at once. This approach allows for greater flexibility, considering individual preferences and challenges. If needed, feel free to rearrange the eliminations each week according to your needs. Make this program work for you, not against you! Take a moment to plan and prepare by marking your calendar and considering your preferred schedule for each elimination and workbook activities.

While this is an elimination protocol, we recommend adding certain items to assist in the gut healing process. Throughout the program, you will find recipes for bone broth and cranberry drink, which can be consumed during the entirety of your program. Additionally, we recommend incorporating at least two servings of COOKED vegetables into each meal. Cooked vegetables are easier to digest and provide a restorative effect on the gut during the elimination process. They also provide essential bacteria and nutrients for gut health. You will learn more about the importance of these additions later in the program.

Please refer to your calendar and personalized preferences to create a schedule that suits you best. Remember, this program is designed to support your well-being and flexibility is encouraged.
