Supplement Recommendations

Weeks 1-4:

During the first month of your course, two priorities are emphasized:

  1. Healing and Rebalancing Your Gut:In today's world, gut inflammation, leakiness, and other issues are common. Most people have evidence of gut imbalance that requires attention. We recommend at least one month of gut repair as it is cost-effective and faster than extensive testing. Key nutrients and probiotics have been proven effective in healing and balancing the gut lining. Additional products may be provided if your symptoms suggest the need for digestive enzymes, bile acids, soothing agents, or antimicrobials.
  2. Optimizing Nutrient Levels:Many people are deficient in essential nutrients needed for optimal bodily function. While a couple of months of healthy eating helps, it's challenging to replenish these nutrients through diet alone. Supplementation ensures your body receives the necessary nutrients to benefit from the program. As you eliminate certain foods and substances from your diet, your body undergoes a natural detoxification process, and these supplements support the healing and rebalancing.

Weeks 4-8:

During the second four weeks, there is more focus on the detoxification process. The priorities are:

  1. Supporting Detoxification Pathways:To aid in the removal of accumulated toxins causing inflammation, cancer, and other harmful effects, your detoxification pathways require support.
  2. Continuing Nutrient Optimization:Quality nutrient support for your body continues to be essential.

Maintenance (After Program):

Once you complete the program, supplementation will help with:

  1. Continued Nutrient Optimization:Ensuring you receive essential nutrients that are challenging to obtain through diet alone.
  2. Targeted Support:Supplementing with specific nutrients identified by your medical provider to address ongoing or newly identified root cause issues, as well as supporting the unwinding of chronic patterns.

Please consult your medical provider for personalized guidance and adjustments regarding your supplement regimen.
