Supplementing Nutrients

The Benefit of Supplementing Nutrients During Your Program

Although your 8-week course is designed for you to get significant benefit even without using any supplements or nutraceuticals, it is our experience that those who do enhance their course with supplementation usually receive much more profound and longer-term results.

Here is why:

  1. Nutrient Deficiencies: Most humans in America are deficient in certain nutrients. This is because the Standard American Diet does not include adequate nutrition, AND our bodies require a higher level of many nutrients to deal with the inflammatory and toxic effects of the Standard American Diet, exposures, and lifestyles.
  2. Healing and Rebalancing: If we are trying to heal and rebalance body systems that have been out of balance and 'broken' for many years, it is incredibly helpful to supply these systems with key plant-based nutrients and supplements (nutraceuticals) that are well-studied and trusted to give a body what it needs to repair and rebalance. Without these added nutrients, it may take the body much longer to heal and rebalance itself.

What You Need to Know:

  1. Medical Provider's Guidance: Your Medical Provider will talk to you about the nutraceuticals that will accompany your Program. Your provider will choose the optimal combination of nutraceuticals for you depending on your individual needs.
  2. Individual Variations: Every BODY IS DIFFERENT. Although the basic nutraceuticals that accompany this course are generally well tolerated, it is impossible to guarantee that NOBODY will have a reaction to ANY supplement. These supplements have been chosen for their general safety profile and tolerability.
  3. Reading Labels and Allergies: Please read labels to make sure that you are not taking in anything to which you know you are sensitive or allergic. Check with your medical provider to make sure as well. If you have a negative reaction to something you take, stop it immediately.
  4. Emergency Situations: Of course, if you ever have an allergic or immediate reaction to ANYTHING that causes shortness of breath, wheezing, or swelling, you may be having an ANAPHYLACTIC reaction and you should call 911 or get to the nearest emergency department.
