Dear Reader,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my strong belief in harmonizing the world through empathy, loving-kindness, and education. My name is Dr. Izzy Kiver, and I am confident that my extensive experience in technical education and project management, coupled with my passion for continuous learning, make me the ideal candidate for leading education and community initiatives as the President of Covenant of Education (COE).

Throughout my career in technical training, I have consistently demonstrated strong leadership and project management skills. At SAP, as a Technical Instructional Designer, I developed and implemented training programs in change management and performance management. These programs reached thousands of managers and tens of thousands of employees, and I utilized innovative instructional design techniques and leading tools to optimize workflow and training delivery. As a result, we achieved a remarkable 300% increase in effectiveness. Additionally, I showcased my project management skills by consistently delivering projects ahead of schedule through effective collaboration and coordination.

During my tenure at Google as a Technical Instructional Designer, I collaborated with product leads to execute product roadmaps and strategies. Through extensive research, I identified product opportunities and prioritized courses for development. This experience allowed me to gain a deep understanding of instructional design within the mobile domain.

My experience extends beyond the corporate world. At TubeScience, as a Product Growth Engineer, I successfully launched a video advertising product from scratch. I facilitated a Scrum/Agile environment and resolved user issues, resulting in a notable 79% increase in user satisfaction. Furthermore, during my tenure as a Senior Instructional Designer at TAL Education in China, I pioneered the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in e-learning classrooms, leading to increased user onboarding and improved learning outcomes.
